IBPS RRB Recruitment 2026 – Overview
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) ने Regional Rural Banks में भर्ती के लिए Common Recruitment Process for RRBs-XV (CRP-RRBs-XV) का notification जारी किया है। इस recruitment के माध्यम से Office Assistant (Multipurpose) तथा Officer Scale-I, II और III के कुल 13,706 indicative vacancies पर भर्ती की जाएगी।
IBPS RRB 2026 के लिए online application process 01 September 2026 से शुरू हो चुका है। योग्य उम्मीदवार 21 September 2026 तक अपना online form submit कर सकते हैं। Official IBPS registration portal पर application और fee payment की अंतिम तारीख 21 September 2026 है।

Selection Process
IBPS RRB Recruitment 2026 में post के अनुसार selection process अलग-अलग रहेगा।
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Preliminary Examination → Main Examination → Provisional Allotment
- Officer Scale-I: Preliminary Examination → Main Examination → Interview → Provisional Allotment
- Officer Scale-II: Single Online Examination → Interview → Provisional Allotment
- Officer Scale-III: Single Online Examination → Interview → Provisional Allotment
Important: Office Assistant post के लिए interview नहीं होता, जबकि Officer cadre posts में interview selection process का हिस्सा है।
IBPS RRB Syllabus
IBPS RRB 2026 की तैयारी करने वाले candidates को post के अनुसार नीचे दिए गए subjects पर focus करना चाहिए।
- Reasoning: Logical Reasoning, Coding-Decoding, Puzzles, Seating Arrangement, Blood Relation, Syllogism आदि
- Numerical Ability / Quantitative Aptitude: Number System, Simplification, Percentage, Profit & Loss, Ratio, Average, Time & Work, Data Interpretation आदि
- General Awareness: Current Affairs, Banking Awareness, Economy और महत्वपूर्ण राष्ट्रीय/अंतरराष्ट्रीय घटनाएं
- Computer Knowledge: Computer Basics, Internet, Operating System, MS Office, Networking, Cyber Security आदि
- English / Hindi Language: Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, Error Detection, Sentence Improvement आदि
- Professional Knowledge: Officer Scale-II और Scale-III के specialist posts के लिए post-specific subjects
Exam Pattern
Preliminary Examination
Office Assistant और Officer Scale-I के Preliminary Examination में दो sections होते हैं।
- Reasoning: 40 Questions – 40 Marks – 25 Minutes
- Numerical Ability / Quantitative Aptitude: 40 Questions – 40 Marks – 20 Minutes
Total: 80 Questions, 80 Marks और 45 Minutes
Main Examination – Office Assistant
- Reasoning: 40 Questions – 50 Marks
- Computer Knowledge: 40 Questions – 20 Marks
- General Awareness: 40 Questions – 40 Marks
- English / Hindi Language: 40 Questions – 40 Marks
- Numerical Ability: 40 Questions – 50 Marks
Total: 200 Questions – 200 Marks – 120 Minutes
Negative Marking: Objective examination में गलत answer के लिए निर्धारित नियमों के अनुसार 1/4 यानी 0.25 marks की negative marking लागू होगी।

Online application करते समय candidates को आवश्यक documents और scanned files तैयार रखनी चाहिए।
